Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform mount-removal work of a device in travelling motion of an automobile from its driver's seat, by mounting and removing with clutch operation the antislip metal fitting device used on a snowy road or the like.
CONSTITUTION: A flexible bar 5 equipped with a group of antislip metal fittings 6 is wound to a rotary plate 4. A cord 8 is connected to one end of the flexible bar 5 and engaged to the other end, and then wound to a pulley 7 of the rotary plate 4. The pulley 7 is connected to a wheel 1 through a clutch 9, and the other of the rotary plate 4 is connected to a support 3 fixed to a car body 2 through a clutch 10. In this way, the clutches 9, 10 are operated to connect the rotary plate 4 and the pulley 7 to the wheel 1 and the support 3, then the cord 8 is wound onto the pulley 7 and the fittings 6 are spread to sector shape in the periphery of the wheel 1. When the clutch 10 is disengaged, the fittings 6 are successively fixed to the periphery of the wheel 1.
