Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate wasteful space, by transferring numerous reacting containers, each one of which has respective reacting tube consisting of plural concavities, along a reacting lins in which two semi-circular sectionsand and two rectilinear sections, which connect the semi-circular sections, are arranged on the surface of the same level. CONSTITUTION:One end of plural reacting containers 11 is mounted onto an andless belt 15 and intermittently transferred by a driving mechanism 19. In position D, a sample contained in a sample cup 22 is injected into a reacting tube 14 of a reacting line 21 by an injecting mechanism 25. In position E, the first reagent is injected by a reagent injecting mechanism 26. An agitation is executed in position F, and the second and the third reagents are injected in positions G and H as occasion demands. And then, the reacting tube is measured in a colormetric measurement section 27, and after having been washed and dried in a wash-and-dry section 28, the reacting tube is used again in the reacting line. In this analyzing device, the reacting containers having plural reacting tubes are arranged on a long-circular reacting line, and therefore, it is possible for the line to minimize inactive reacting tube even in the case of a multi- channel reacting line whereby a driving mechanism of the reacting tube is simplified and the space therefore is minimized.
