CONSTITUTION:A solid cosmetic comprising 5.0-20.0wt% salt of 12-22C, preferably 16-18C fatty acid, 0.1-12.0wt%, preferably 1.0-7.0wt% ultraviolet light absorber, and 55.0-99.0wt%, preferably 65-90wt% hydrous alcohol as active ingredients, an emulsifying agent, a reinforcing agent, a humectant, etc. In the active ingredients, sodium stearate, sodium salt of coconut fatty acid, etc. may be cited as the salt of fatty acid, ethyl p-aminobenzoate, cinoxate, etc. are especially preferable as the ultraviolet light absorber. Ethanol is preferable as the hydrous alcohol, and its alcohol concentration is preferably 60-94wt%, especially 70-90wt%.
