Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the number of parts and the cost in a captioned device by arranging a plastic spacer of simple shape and construction between a pump- placing part and a pump part for absorbing shocks and guiding a packing simultaneously by a single spacer.
CONSTITUTION: When a casing 5 of a pump part is screwed on the upper part of a pressure tank 1, a plastic spacer 7 of simple construction is provided between them. The spacer 7 is made greater than the shape of a foot part 8 of the casing 5 and almost of the same size with a flat part 9 of the pressure tank 1. Besides, a projection 12 almost twice as thick as the spacer 7 is provided on the opposite side the pressure tank 1 of the spacer 7. In this construction, since external forces such as shocks, vibrations, and others for transportation and loading work are received by a side, the strength is doubled. Meanwhile, the spacer 7 can simultaneously absorb shocks and guide a packing by one. This construction permits to reduce the number of parts and obtain the low cost, the high work efficiency and the like.
