Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a captioned vertical type device which can continuously and quantitavely feed properly tacky dehydrated mud in a structure that dehydrated mud is scraped into a trough by means of a dehydrated mud scaping device hydrated which is variable in the speed of revolution and in the length of a scraping arm due to the mud loading, and mud is discharged out by means of a screw.
CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic motor 21 is self controlled in response to the mud loading such as storage rate of dehydrated mud, water content, the status of mud, etc., and the number of revolution of a rotor 30 is changed from the set number of revolution to he maximum specified number of revolution. Besides, the number of revolution of the rotor 30 is measured using a tachometor detector 25, compared with the set number of revolution, ad length of the arm 32 is adapted to the load of mud in such a way that a hydraulic cylinder 34 is actuated, and a spring arm 32 is expanded and contacted. Thus, dehydrated mud scraping device 29 scrapes down into the ejection device the dehydrated mud in proportion to the mud, and similarly it is ejected through a screw conveyor which is subjected to load control. Such as this, it can be avoided by means of the drain device, to make more kneading than the required and mud of proper viscosity can be continuously and quantitatively fed.
