PURPOSE:To exercise both centralized control and decentralized control by providing a connecting circuit which connects recording controllers and a sequencer mutually. CONSTITUTION:A process value from a body 5 to be controlled is inputted to recording controllers 3a-3n through a control signal line 30, and then converted into a digital value, which is sent to a sequencer 4 via a data input-output line 50. The sequencer 4 analyzes the data from the recording controllers 3a-3n to exercise various kinds of sequence control. The sequencer 4, on the other hand, controls the on-off sequence of the body 5 connected to the sequencer 4 and also sends the state of the sequence to a computer 1 through an interface 2. The output signals from the recording controllers 3a-3n are inputted to the interface 2 through a communication line 20 for control operation and then fetched by the computer via a computation bus line 10.
