Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the assembling by forming a flange section at one end of a tubular outer cathode supporter while forming a rising section facing inwardly in the proximity of the flange section and securing a screw cathode at the rising section. CONSTITUTION:An end hat 7 is secured at one end of an inner cathode supporting rod 6 while an outer cathode supporter 8 is arranged at the outside of said rod 6. A flange section 9 which functions as an end hat is formed at one end of said supporter 8 while a plurality of rising sections facing inward are projected at the proximity of the flange section 9. A screw cathode 11 is arranged at the outside of said supporting rod 6 and both ends are secured to the end hat 7 and the rising section 10. Consequently the assembling man power is saved by eliminating one of the end hats and the number of parts is reduced.
