CONSTITUTION:Data on a floppy disc 11 of a terminal device 1 is split at a transmission control circuit 12 and transmitted to a MODEM 21 at a center 2 via a MODEM 13. Every time when one text is transmitted, a counter 14 is counted up. A reception control circuit 22 at the center 2 writes in the data of each text to a magnetic disc 23 and counts up a counter 24. Finally, when a character is transmitted from the terminal 1 to the center 2, a circuit 22 transfers the value of the counter 24 to a circuit 25 and transmits it to the terminal device 1. As a result, a reception control circuit 15 at the terminal device 1 compares the value of the counter 14 with the value of the counter 24 of the center and the result of comparison is printed out.
