Abstract
PURPOSE:To decrease the probability that the transmitted frequency is made equal and risk signals transmitted at random timewise produce mutual interference, by making different the transmission period of the risk signals produced from a plurality of signal generating sources respectively. CONSTITUTION:Risk signals produced from a plurality of signal generating sources are relayed with an artificial satellite and transmitted to the signal transmission section, and the transmission preiod of the risk signals produced from each signal generating source is made different respectively.
