CONSTITUTION:In the unit detectors A-C, the mounts 22 are machined so that the directions of the electrode lead wires 231 and 232 are bent for easy connection to a signal cable 24 at a signal output end with respect to a plane parallel to the plane of the detecting element 21. The unit detectors A-C, which are configured in this way, are sequentially arranged in this order. Since the signal output ends from the adjacent unit can be separated to each other, the crosstalk between the channels can be suppressed.
