Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve accessibility to servicing by independently providing servic plots intended for washing, repairing of a lower part system and tuning up of an engine system in a servicing field and successively transporting a vehicle serviced to those servicing plots in order of servicing processes.
CONSTITUTION: A lower system of a vehicle repaired is disassembled in the first service plot 21. A main controller 22 and a work table 23 are disposed in the plot. The vehicle, whose parts in the lower system has been removed in the plot 21, is transported to a washing plot 24 and the lower part of the vehicle is flushed. An automatic washer 25, a water heater 26 and a control panel 29 are disposed in the plot 24. After the vehicle is washed in the plot 24 and its lower parts are reparired in the plot 21, the vehicle is transported to the second service plot 32 for tuning-up of an engine system. A tuning stand 33 and a work table 34 are disposed in the plot 32. The transportation of the vehicle to each plot is performed by a suspended crane 36 which is slided along a supporting rail 35f it to a ceiling. Operation of the crame 36 is controlled by the main controller 22.
