Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate holding the accuracy of the height of projections and improve workability, by forming through pressing process plural number being of projections on the curved portion of a bead support, being deviated from its center and in the same direction. CONSTITUTION:Curved portions 11, 21, slant face portions 12, 22 and plane portions 13, 23 for forming respectively the curved portion 31, the slant face portion 32 and the plane portion 33 of a bead support 30 are formed on a lower die 10 and an upper die 20 respectively in the relation of a male to a female. Furthermore, escape holes 14a, 14b are drilled in the positions of the curved portion 11 of the lower die 10 being deviated from the center of curvature, and arc-like projecting portions 24a, 24b are formed on the positions of the upper die 20 corresponding to the escape holes 14a, 14b. Projections 34a, 34b can be formed on the positions deviated from the center of curvature of the bead support 30 and moreover in the same direction at the same time of forming the bead support 30, by pressing a flat plate with these lower die 10 and upper die 20.
