Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent disorder caused by both automatic payment of a payment device and manual payment, and to execute the cash payment, by generating a display signal which has been divided into discharged cash and undischarged cash of the payment device in accordance with a kind of money or the maximum number of sheets of each kind of money, which an automatic cash payment devie is holding, and displaying said signal on an input device. CONSTITUTION:A money amount which is discharged to an automatic cash payment device 6 from a keyboard 11 of a transaction data input device 4 is stored in a memory 13 by each kind of money through a control part 12, and is displayed by a picture on a plasma indicator 14. Contents of this memory 13 are inputted to an operator 21 of the device 6, in which in relation to contents of a maximum amount table 22, a prescribed number of sheets is stored in a CB indicating memory 231 of a picture memory 23, and the residual number of sheets is stored in an AC indicating memory 232. Contents of a kind of money of this memory 232 are inputted to an automatic cash payment part 24, its number of sheets is counted by a counter 25, its contents are compared with contents of the memory 232 as to each kind of money by a comparing circuit 26, and when its coincidence has been detected, the contents of both the memories 231, 232 are readout and are displayed on the indicator through an AND circuit 27.
