Abstract
PURPOSE:To form a spacer having uniform film thickness and to prevent the inflow of an adhesive agent to a hologram surface and the infeasibility of use by interposing a spacer of a rectangualr shape having roundness at corners between a hologram and cover glass and sealing these. CONSTITUTION:A spacer 2 which is rectangular and has roundness at respective four corners is provided on a cover glass 1 which is a hologram sealing body. The spacer 2 is formed by securing a material having elasticity such as polyurethane, silicone rubber or the like by a screen printing method. A hologram chip consisting of a hologram film 3 such as gelatin and a glass plate 4 supporting this is placed on the space 2, and an adhesive agent 5 is buried in the outside circumferential part and is set, whereby the sealing body is completed. Since the corners of the spacer are rounded, the increase in the film thickness at the corner parts on account of build-up of the spacer material, the flow of the adhesive agent 5 into the hologram film 2 surface and consequent infeasibility of use are prevented.
