Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable one valve selectively open and close two flow-in passage by making a diaphragm valve open and close in accordance with the change of pressure caused by the open and close of the valve prepared in the first flow-in passage.
CONSTITUTION: When the first flow-in passage 6 is opened by energizing the solenoid valve 7, the fluid in the first flow-in passage 6 flows into the first diaphragm chamber 4. The flown-in liquid pressure acts to apply downward force to the diaphragm valve 2, and close the second flow passage 8. Then, when the current to the solenoid valve 7 is cut to close the first flow-in passage 6, the pressure in the first diaphragm chamber 4 is reduced and the pressure of the second passage 8 becomes relatively higher, and causes diaphragm valve 2 to receive upward force to open the second flow passage 8. Therefore, the open and close operation of one valve can selectively open and close the two flow-in passages.
