Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce assembling man-hours by a method wherein the internal circumferential edge parts on the axial side of a front and a rear piston arranged on a valve body are lapped, fixed and then press-fitted along the thick part on the internal circumference of a rear diaphragm.
CONSTITUTION: A flange 5C is provided at the internal end of the main part 5A of a valve body 5. To the flange 5C is fixed a bent part 3C at the end of the cylindrical part 3B of a front power piston 3 and over this fixed end is lapped the end face of the cylindrical part 4A of a rear power piston 4. And they are pinched and fixed between the flange 5C and the thick part 8b on the internal circumference by elastic force of the thick part 8b after the thick part 8b on the internal circumference of a rear diaphragm 8 is inserted into the groove 5E of the valve body 5.
