A space between the long extended convergence cup 62 and an internal conductive film 3 of high resistance applied onto the inner face of the neck part 5 is narrow, accordingly the internal conductive film 3 on the neck part 5 is placed in a position where it is hidden by a getter 23, causing a dispersed particle 28 of the getter 23 not to be intruded, thus the getter film 25 can not be formed.
