Abstract
PURPOSE: A composition including polybutene is combined in order with Tween, Aron-bis, warm water, Scopoliae extract and natural rubber latex under specific conditions in specific amounts each and the mixture is extended, applied to a film, which is cut to produce an anti-inflammatory analgesic of rubber plaster.
CONSTITUTION: Polybutene (8%), liquid paraffin (3%) and quenton (18%) are melted at about 110°C and before cooling, Tween and Span (1% each) are dissolved in it. Then, zinc white (2%), talc (15%) and Aron-bis (1%) are added thereto and they are emulsified in 18% of warm water at 60W70°C. Further, Scopoliae extract (3%), camphor (0.3%), vitamin E (1%), Capsic extract (0.04%), menthol (1.5%) and salocoll (0.5%) are added and they are dissolved by mixing under cooling with water at a temperature lower than 35°C. Finally, 25% of natural and synthetic rubber latex are added and they are extended, applied to a film, which is cut to give the objective anti-inflammatory analgesic. The preparation readily adheres to affected parts and prevents the parts from being erupted because it is compeltely made of rubber plaster and cotains water.
