When the CPU16 identifies unidentified cells during cell analysis, the stored information 17 is A/D converted 18, encoded 19 into color TV signals, and supplied to a video recording unit 22 through a signal switching circuit 20. The circuit 20 switches the color TV signals and the data signals of analysis results and identification numbers from a data transfer circuit 21. The unidentified cells, identification numbers, and analysis results video-recorded in the unit 20 are reproduced at any time by a reproducing unit.
