Abstract
PURPOSE: To facilitate smooth liquid delivery in abeyance of a pump in such a way that an impeller is moved to the position to reduce flow passage resistance in a pump casing with use of the impeller in abeyance of the pump by actions of a spring, etc. to slide the pump impeller in the direction of a rotary axle.
CONSTITUTION: A rotary axle 19 is extended to the side of a suction port 16 of a casing 14, a compression coiled spring 23 is inserted thereto, one side of the spring 23 is contacted with the end of the inner diametrical part of an impeller 17, and the other end contacted with a spring seat 24 fixed by a bolt 21 respectively under pressure. And, during stop of the pump, the impeller 17 is forcibly pushed by tensile force of the spring 23, and moved to the side of a motor 18 in the casing 14, in other words, to the position to reduce flow passage resistance. Thus, even in abeyance of the pump, treating liquid is able to be smoothly delivered. During motion of the pump, the impeller 17 is moved to the side of a suction port 16 by the thrust action of the axle to forcibly push the impeller 17 to the side of a suction port 16.
