Abstract

PURPOSE: To both widen a range of operational speed of revolution of a device and improve its accuracy, by applying PNP transistors to the device at its input stage.
CONSTITUTION: PNP transistors 601, 602 are used at the input stage of a comparator 6 in an ignition device. A condenser 530 can be arranged of small capacity in such a manner that even if its terminal voltage C1 is increased, the PNP transistors 601, 602 are not damaged. While the condenser 530 can be less effected for its constant charge current.
