Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve productivity in quantity and working sanitary environment by a method wherein, a surface material is heat-fused on a substrate material with polyethylene as its main component to form an integral body.
CONSTITUTION: The basic material 1 and the surface material 2 being cut so as to correspond with a trim panel are placed spacedly by a clamp 7 in the manner that the PE film 3 and the PE foaming material 5 face against each other, while the both sides of the basic material 1 and the PE foaming material 5 of the surface material 2 are heated by heaters 8, 9 located between the basic material 1 and the surface material 2, at the film 3 side outside of the basic material 1, to soften the PE material. The basic material 1 and the surface material 2 being in a softened state are brought close by making the PE film 3 and the PE foaming material 5 face against each other, and while they are positioned between a male mold 10 and a female mold 11, are subjected to vacuum heat forming while being cold-pressed. The PE film 3 and the PE foaming material 5 are welded because they are pressed each other while they are in a softened state.
