Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable contents to be taken out from the vessel inside and to be melt- parted with simple equipment by placing the vessels with their openings faced downward on a porous heating hearth, enclosing these with heaters, and detaching the contents then allowing these to pass through the heating hearth. CONSTITUTION:With solidified contents 6 held packed, the top covers of vessels 3 are removed and the vessels with the openings faced downward are inserted through the vessel insertion ports 7 of the top plate of a storage tank 1 and are so installed that their circumferential edges contact a heating hearth 4 directly. Thence, if the vessels are enclosed with heaters 5 and are heated from their bottom and side parts, the contents 6 melt and are detached from the vessels 3 by gravity, thereby falling down onto the heating hearth 4. The bottom faces of the contents 6 are pressed to the pipes or round bars of the hearth 4 by gravity, and are further heated, then the contents melt from the contact parts and fall into the tank 1 while being parted to semimelts smaller than intergrating spacings between the grating shapes.
