Abstract
PURPOSE: To perform the heating control of the respective parts easily at a low cost by controlling the high frequency heating by a comprison between the external temperature and the output from a heating chamber temperature detecting element and also controlling the hot air heating by a hot air heating device based upon the output from the heating chamber temperature detecting element.
CONSTITUTION: In the high frequency heating, a magnetron 3, blower fan 6 and air circulating fan 20 are operated and the room air temperature and the external air temperature are detected by the temperature detecting elements 22 and 23. The outputs from these temperature detecting elements 22 and 23 are compared with each other by a controller 24. On the base of a comparison result of the controller 24, the output from a high frequency power source 5 is interrupted to stop the oscillation of the magnetron 3. On the other hand, in the hot air heating, a hot air heating device 11 and the air circulating fan 20 are operated to send hot air so as to scorch the surface of the food to be cooked. When the output from the room temperature detecting element 22 reaches a preset value, the output of a heater power source 19 is interrupted to weaken the heating power of the heater 18.
