Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A device for coupling a piston 1 with a connecting rod 2 is composed of a fixed base 8 supporting the piston 1 and a movable base 9 supporting the connecting rod 2. Since the tip end of a guide pin 13 is tapered and the piston 1 and the connecting rod 2 are located with some degree of freedom, the pin 13 can be passed through holes 5, 6 easily. By the insertion of the pin 13, the center line of the hole 5 of the piston 1 and that of the hole 6 of the connecting rod 2 are made coincident with each other and the positioning of the two parts is completed. Then, a shaft-shaped part is connected to the pin 13. By this method, it is possible to provide a high-grade precise multiple fitting.
