Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The surface of a hydrophobic synthetic resin or an object whose surface is coated with a hydrophobic synthetic resin is brought into contact with an aqueous solution containing a surfactant with an HLB value of 10 or less and a surfactant with an HLB value of 14 or more. The surfactant with an HLB value of 10 or less, having an oil solubility, includes polyoxyethylene alkylphenol ether type of surfactants, polyoxyethylene phosphate type of surfactants, etc., and the surfactants with an HLB value of 14 or more includes sodium alkylsulfate, polyoxyethylene alkylphenol ether, etc.
