Abstract

PURPOSE:To activate resins to enhance the bonding strength therebetween, by arranging activated gas supplying ports and suction ports to a groove bottom located between slits of the mouth piece for extruding resin layers, mounting a blowing pipe having an outer diameter smaller than the width of the groove to the supplying ports, and attaching a suction base. CONSTITUTION:The different resins are extruded from the single mouth piece 1, the gas is blown onto the resin surfaces to activate them and the resins are laminated. The groove 4 is positioned between the resin layer extruding slits 2, 3 at the front end of the mouth piece, and the supplying ports 5 and the suction ports 6 are alternatively arranged in the bottom of the groove. To the supplying ports 5 is mounted the blowing pipe 7 having a plurality of small holes 71, and between the blowing pipe 7 and the groove bottom is attached the suction base 8 having a plurality of small suction holes with a space under the suction base such that the space is in comunication with the gas suction ports.
