Abstract
PURPOSE: To produce a water absorbing material which has uniform and high water absorbing characteristic by spraying a water-absorptive resin while scraping down the absorptive fibers which are opened or ground with a fiber pile up machine thereby uniformly mixing these.
CONSTITUTION: Absorptive fibers I having hydrophilic nature such as pulp, cotton, wool, and viscose rayon are put into a fiber pile up machine 3, and are supplied to a garnet roller 2 by feed rollers 5, 5', 6, 6'.
