Abstract

PURPOSE:To rewind a receiving tape automatically when information on the tape is reproduced up to its terminal end while setting a stand-by state by resetting remote operation when the tape is rewound up to its initial end after an operation state is set with a remote signal. CONSTITUTION:Once a calling signal is received by calling-signal receiving circuit 10 by way of lines L1 and L2, motor circuit 20 is driven to reproduce a message to a calling subscriber from endless tape 14 and it is transmitted to the calling subscriber. Next, motor 16 turns and receiving tape 17 is driven to record a message from the calling subscriber. When an owner is to listen to the recorded message, motor 20 turns with a calling signal and then sending a remote signal inverts FF30 and 31 through amplifying circuit 23 to change switch RC over for rewinding by motor 16. Next, a signal is applied to control circuit 50 when the tape is rewound up to its initial terminal and from this point, remote operation is reset. When no message is detected in reproduction, a signal is applied from voice control circuit 53 to circuit 50 to reset the remote operation.
