Abstract

PURPOSE:To diversify the functions of external operating members by so constituting a rotary switch that it functions to change modes when it is held pushed and functions to correct display digits when it is held pulled. CONSTITUTION:An external operating member provided with rotary switch and pull switch functions are provided. When a pull switch S1 is turned ON and OFF while a rotary switch S2 is OFF, clock signals are generated in the counters 12, 14 of flip-flop constitution and input to ANDs 23, 25 which control alarm and time states. When S2 is turned ON while S1 is ON, the alarming time is corrected by a control circuit 15, and the AND 23 is released by the flip-flop 12, by which the alarming is abled. Hence, the controlling of th alarm and time state may be easily accomplished with one switch by providing a correlation to the pull switch S1 and the rotary switch S2.
