Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent cloggings of nozzle by adhesive and raise the efficiency of electric charging by providing a groove along the periphery of a multinozzle plate in the front of a head body and fixing the periphery of the multinozzle plate to the head body through an adhesive.
CONSTITUTION: A reference pin 14 is provided at a given position of the frontal face of a head body 13 and a groove 15 is provided in a position where the periphery of a multinozzle plate 1 is positioned. An adhesive 16 is flowed into the groove 15 to fix the multinozzle plate 10 to the head body 13, where positioning is made by fitting the reference pin 14 on the head body side 13 into the positioning through hole 12 provided in the multinozzle plate 10. Thus, the cloggings of the nozzle 11 can be prevented without the adhesive 16 being flowed out. Also, because the surface of the multinozzle plate 10 is projected from the front of the body 13, the position where ink is atomized can be set up at the center of charge electrode and thereby the efficiency of electric charging can be raised.
