Abstract
PURPOSE:To call only the channel for which the objective moving body telephone is on stand-by, providing on the switchboard side the channel working sequence memory, the channel working status memory and the stand-by memory, which are used by the moving body. CONSTITUTION:The channel (CH) working sequence memory (a), the stand-by (SB) CH memory (b) and the CH working status memory (c) are provided on the switchboard of the radio base station. When the position of the moving ship A is registered to the switchboard through the radio base station by CH1, the memory (b) is set to ''1''. If other ship has used CH1, ''1'' of the memory (c) is varied in the course of use, that which is set to ''1'' in the memory (b) is extracted, the ship A is extracted, it is known by seeing the memory (a) that the next sequence is CH2, and the ship A in the memory (b) is rewritten from ''1''-''2'' by confirming that CH2 is disengaged, by the memory (c). The moving body telephone of the ship A also moves the SB.CH from ''1''-''2''. When the switchboard desires to call the ship A, a radio wave of CH2 is transmitted by reading out the memory (b). Moreover, the SB.CH of the ship C is rewritten to CH5. In this way, only the SB.CH can be called without calling all the channels.
