Abstract
PURPOSE: To increase solar heat endothermic efficiency by providing a hollow column-shaped fin at the endothermic part of a heat pipe and used for a solar heat collector and, in addition, a solar heat endothermic membrane around the said fin.
CONSTITUTION: A plural number of fins 2 extending in an axial direction are provided on the entire external periphery length of an endothermic part 1 for a heat pipe body. Then the tip of the endothermic fin 2 is welded to a prearranged position for an adjascent endothermic fin 2 to form a hollow column-shaped structure 3 as a whole. Following this process, a solar heat endothermic membrane 4 is formed by such means as paint baking, etc. The both ends of the column-shaped structure 3 is closed with a lid 9. An exothermic fin 6 is provided on an exothermic part 5 and an insulation layer 8 is installed on an external circumference in an area with the endothermic part 1.
