Abstract

An oil preparation made from cotton seed oil or other oil is sprayed on the used cotton by 0.1W 1wt% or a cotton containing excessive oil is mixed therewith. Finally, they are formed with a forming machine such as an opener, carding machine or other machines into bed mats.
