Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Metal swarf 4 is charged into a hopper 5, is conveyed by a conveyor 6 to a disintegrator 7, by which it is disintegrated to a fixed size and under. The integrated swarf 4 is conveyed by way of conveyor 8 and stored in a stocker 9. This swarf 4 is conveyed to a weighing device 12 by a conveyor 11 upon starting of molding, and after it is weighed to a constant weight, it is charged into the die of a molding device 10 by a conveyor 14 and is thereby formed. The thus molded weight 2 is contained in a case, whereby the balance weight is obtained.
