Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable control of pumps in their number of operation, number of revolutions, and way of connection by providing constantly available way of making effective use of the output of a soalr battery without reference to changes of incident energy and other environmental conditions.
CONSTITUTION: Pumps P1WP3 are controlled in their number of operation, number of revolutions, and way of connection on the basis of a number-change command signal and a speed-change command signal sent to a control unit 3 and an open- close command signal sent to a valve unit 4 from a command signal generation unit 10 in accordance with input signals given from an incident-energy detection terminal 5 positioned near a solar battery 1, a main body temperature detector 6 of the solar battery 1, an environmental temperature detection terminal 7, a voltage and current detection terminal 8, and pressure and discharge detection terminals 11 provided on discharge pipes D1, D2, and D3 respectively. This construction permits to make effective use of the output from the solar battery 1 without reference to changes of incident energy and other environmental conditions.
