Abstract

PURPOSE: To dispose head molding easily and surely into a mold by providing groove parts on the inside surfaces in the upper part of the mold at predetermined intervals, and inserting the head molding provided with convex parts and cushion parts into these groove parts.
CONSTITUTION: Groove parts (a) of a shape in which the opening on the inside surface side is narrower than the inside part are provided on the inside surfaces in the upper part of a mold 2 at fixed intervals. On the other hand, convex parts (b) are provided at the same intervals as those of the groove parts (a) of the mold 2 on the surfaces of molding 1 in contact with the mold 2, and cushion parts (d) are formed to the lower ends (c) of these convex parts (b). The molding 1 are disposed by inserting the convex parts (b) thereof into the groove parts (a) of the mold 2 from above. Corner screws are forced into the corner parts of the mold 2 to fix the 1 to the mold 2. According to this method, the insertion and position adjustment of the molding 1 become easy and the disengagement of the molding is prevented. In addition, the shock at the time of forcing the corner screws is absorbed by the cushion parts (d) and therefore the disengagement does not occur even with those of the adhered convex parts (d).
