Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the automatic assembling of the terminal device of the electric rotary machine extremely simply and to attempt the elevation of the efficiency of production by a method wherein projected supporting pieces and a standing wall part directing nearly in parallel with the end face of a coil end are formed integrating in one body to the terminal pedestal. CONSTITUTION:The plastic terminal pedestal 7 has the standing wall part 8 directing nearly in parallel with the end face of the coil end 3a integrating in one body, two projected supporting pieces 9 directing in the horizontal direction are provided being integrated in one body at the nearly center of the vertical direction of the back side of the wall part 8, and sticking step prts 10 are formed at the tips of the projected supporting pieces. A pedestal part 11 being projected in the horizontal direction is provided integrating in one body at the nearly center of the vertical direction of the front side of the standing wall part 8, and plural connecting terminals 12 are arranged on the upper face and are fixed with rivets. Dividing walls 13 are formed integrating in one body to the pedestal 11 extending consecutively over the upper face, the tip face and the under face projecting from the respective faces to divide between the respective terminals and to obtain the necessitated electrical creep distance. By this way, the efficiency of production can be elevated broadly.
