Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the output picture of the same sequential scanning as TV standard system, by obtaining composite synchronizing signal which shifts the timing location of the vertical synchronizing signal part by 1/2 H period and performing readout processing for the video information by it. CONSTITUTION:A standard synchronizing signal SCS triggers monostable multivibrators 2, 3 after being given to a counter 1 where it is counted for a given number. The output of the monostable multivibrators 2, 3 is converted into composite synchronizing signal NCS advanced by 1/2 H for the vertical synchronizing signal to the standard synchronizing signal SCS. When the readout processing for the stored picture information is made by using this signal NCS, the sequential scanning screen by 262 lines of scanning lines and the scanning screen of 263 lines overlapped with them, are alternately appeared and they are in matching with the TV standard system.
