Abstract

CONSTITUTION: In the winder for which the fixed output control is performed by feeding back detection signals of a rotary dynamo TG directly connected with the driving electromotor M and of a DC current detector DCCT, an operation speed instructing device 1 and a hold circuit 2 retaining the output voltage of TG and being cleared by the output of an AND element 8 are provided. And, the output of the hold circuit 2 is compared with the output of TG in a comparison circuit 3, and when the output of TG is higher than or equal to the output of the circuit 2, an instruction shifting device 13 is operated so that the control of M is shifted from the fixed output control to the fixed torque control by a shifting instruction logic circuit 11. The output of the device 13 is added to a current proportional integration element 14 through the intermediary of an adder.
