Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a fluidized layer combustion device which can respond load fluctuation quickly, can correspond to wide load range and the operation thereof can be started in a short time by providing a heating tube in a combustion furnace and dipping the whole or a part of the heating tube in a fluidized layer.
CONSTITUTION: When low load operation is required to a fluidized layer combustion device 21, a wind box 24 is lowered in a furnace by the operation of a driving device 27 and a heating tube 33 is exposed from a fluidized layer 30. During such a vertical motion of the wind box 24, the rolling of the wind box 24 and the distortion of furnace side walls are prevented by side rollers 28 provided on the side walls of the wind box 24. The temperatures of the fluidized layer 30 while the wind box 24 is stopped and moved vertically are detected by a temperature detector 31, and thereby, the amount of fuel supplied to the region of forming the fludized layer 30 is adjusted, while adjusting the device to be adapted to a range from its rated load to low load easily and quickly.
