Abstract
PURPOSE: The titled compound capable of forming a coating film having improved thick coating properties, weather resistance, follow up action on the crack of under coat, water penetration resistance, gas tansmission resistance, and corrosion resistance, comprising a specific acrylic synthetic resin emulsion and a butuminous emulsifying agent.
CONSTITUTION: A composition consisting of (A) an emulsion of a synthetic resin comprising an alkyl acrylate(e.g., ethyl acrylate, etc.) having 2W10C alkyl group as a constituent monomer and (B) a bituminous emulsifying agent obtained by emulsifying a bituminous substance, e.g., straight asphalt, etc. using an emulsifying agent. An amount of alkyl acrylate as the constituent monomer of the ingredient A is preferably 30W100wt%. An amount of the ingredient B is preferably in a ratio of 10W300pts.wt. bituminou emulsifying agent calculated as the evaporation residue to 100pts.wt. emulsion resin of the ingredient A.
