Abstract
PURPOSE:To relieve the partial release of a fluorescent film and the blistering of a metal back layer and accurately coat the film with simple facilities by specifying the mixing weight ratio of the fluorescent body and an organic binder when the fluorescent film is formed. CONSTITUTION:The mixture in which an organic binder is mixed for a fluorescent body by 0.5-2.0wt% is used. The organic binder applies adhesion in plate glass to the fluorescent body. Nitrocellulose and ethyl cellulose are used. This can maintain the quality of the film and easily coat it. This can also simpify facilities without requiring any precipitating device and accurately coat the film with the simple facilities.
