Abstract

PURPOSE: To decode a multicontact logic figure displayed on CRT by using simple micro CPU by tracing the contact logic circuit, composed of contact logic elements, by shifting the address according to the functions of the contact logic elements.
CONSTITUTION: Contact logic to be executed is inputted on keyboard KB and stored in contact logic memory M1. The contents of this memory M1 are converted into a two-dimensional matrix, which is displayed on CRT. When start button BS1 is depressed after it is confirmed that the contact logic has no error, CPU executes the logic decoding program stored in contact logic decoding program memory device M2 according to the flow. In this case, CPU reads instruction codes and operands out of memory M1 and updates the contents of logic result device CT in sequence. Thus, the multicontact logic figure displayed on CRT can be decoded by using simple micro CPU.
