Abstract

The first AND circuit 16 receives output signals of the first and the third comparators to output the output signal, thereby reducing the control quantity of actuator 8 for operating switch device 4. If tundish level detector 5 detects the lower limit value or less, the second comparator 13 outputs the output signal, and the fourth comparator 18 outputs the output signal if the differential value obtained by differentiating it by differentiator 15 is minus.
