Abstract

PURPOSE:To display character information corresponding to an alarm simultaneously therewith by a system wherein a code corresponding to a desired character information is stored, and the alarm is given when a current time reresents a time set beforehand. CONSTITUTION:A control unit 8 is provided with a ROM81, and code information is stored therein. The code is then read recurrently by operating a switch Sf or Sa. In this case, the control unit 8 is actuated to have the code in ROM81 restored in RAM10 by operating a switch Ss. Contents in RAM10 are represented by comment information for which code information in ROM81 is combined plurally. When a coincidence detecting circuit 7 gives a coincidence signal to the control unit 8, the data is read and given to a decoder 4. The decoder 4 then converts a current time information given by a timing counter 3, an alarm time information from an alarm counter 6 and a code information in RAM10 into a character pattern of dot matrix, which is displayed on a display 5. Thus character information corresponding to an alarm can be displayed simultaneously with the alarm.
