CONSTITUTION:Burst-wave Morse signal 1 is applied to tone decoder 12, where it is waveform-shaped to obtain pulse-wave Morse signal 2 having mark parts converted into ''1'' and space parts into ''0''. At rise and fall positions of pulse-wave Morse signal 2, pulse wave 3 of 1muS in cycle is generated. On the other hand, pulse wave 4 of larger pulse width than that of signal 3, e.g. 1mS in cycle is counted as to mark parts and space parts. This count value is compared with the absolute lengths of the reference mark and space to analyze character codes. The analysis result is displayed by characters.
