Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify and minimize the structure and to reduce cost by pumping by an action of moving vane plates and a sluice valve plate which is operated by a hydraulic cylinder by turning the moving vane plates by rotary shaft.
CONSTITUTION: A pump is activated by moving vane plates 4, 4' which are turned by a rotary shaft 2 and a sluice valve plate 8 which is freely projected or pulled in by a hydraulic cylinder 17 and is designed to shut down the pump so that an inlet pipe 6 and an outlet pipe 7 would not be constantly through a pump chamber 5 in cooperation with said plates 4, 4'. By this constitution, the structure can be simplified, and the manufacturing cost can be drastically reduced. Also, by coacting the sluice valve plate 8 which can be freely projected or pulled in and the moving vane plates 4, 4', a sucking condition can be improved, and a back face from the outlet pipe 7 can be prevented.
