Abstract
PURPOSE:To absorb vibration in the case of a large output, by using materials where graphite powder is mixed with high-molecular materials by heating. CONSTITUTION:Polyethylene chloride is mixed with polyvinyl chloride and so on for the purpose of improving internal loss to prepare graphite powder of average particle diameter 5 or less. High-molecular materials and 25-50 or 75-50wt% graphite powder are mixed, and a plasticizer and a stabilizer are added to mix them by heating, and they are molded by compression to form main body 1. Damping material 2 consisting of a viscous fluid is filled in internal space 1a. By this constitution, vibration is absorbed largely because internal loss of the case main body is large. This case main body has a large Young's modulus and is light-weight and has a widened resonance characteristic, and what is called case sounding is reduced considerably for a large output.
