Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a curable compsn. which is odorless and nontoxic, has a low viscosity and is easy to handle, by a method wherein a triallyl (iso)cyanurate as a diluent is added to a curable compsn. consisting of an acrylic urethane and a polythiol.
CONSTITUTION: (C) A triallyl isocyanurate and/or triallyl cyanurate as an odorless and nontoxic diluent or diluents are/is incorporated into a curable compsn. consisting of (A) a reaction product resulting from the reaction of (a) an acrylic derivative of the formula [wherein R1, R2, R3 are H, (halo)alkyl, phenyl] with (b) a polyisocyanate cpd. having a MW of 100W10,000, contg. at least two isocyanate gp. and no C-C unsaturated double bond except aromatic nucleus, and (B) a polythiol having a MW of 100W10,000 and contg. at least two SH gp., in an amount of 10W 300pts.wt. of (C) component per 100pts.wt. of the above reaction product (A).
